Real HER

The Real HER Program is an empowering youth development and mentoring program offered through Bridging Gapss for girls ages 8–17.

The program provides a safe, supportive, and encouraging space where girls can build confidence, strengthen their voice, develop healthy relationships, and gain practical skills to navigate everyday challenges.

Real HER focuses on the whole girl—her confidence, emotions, relationships, goals, choices, and future. Through engaging group discussions, interactive activities, mentoring, and peer connection, participants are encouraged to discover who they are while learning that their voice, experiences, and dreams matter.

(boys)

Next Up Boys is a mentoring and personal development program designed for boys ages 8–17 who are learning how to navigate growing up, understand themselves, and become confident young men.

Next Up focuses on building confidence, emotional awareness, communication, accountability, leadership, decision-making, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, goal setting, and positive coping skills.

We encourage boys to understand that strength isn't just about being tough—it's also about knowing how to communicate, make responsible choices, manage emotions, respect themselves and others, and ask for support when they need it.
